Before you pick a time, let me tell you what this is - so you know what you're booking and what you're not.
It's a structural diagnostic. Not coaching. Not consulting. Not another program.
Liz and I have spent close to twenty years watching what actually produces results in businesses like yours - the timing layer, the wiring layer, the pattern underneath the strategy. Most of what gets sold as "what to do" only reads one layer. The Temporal Read reads the other ones too - the ones most frameworks don't have language for.
What comes out of it is a written structural record - the pattern we see under your business, the constraints producing the ceiling, and where the conditions are actually moving for you over the next stretch. Specific. Named. On paper.
That's the full three-day Read. But we're not booking that today.

Today we're just talking.
I'll read your intake before we get on the call. Intake Question #3 (below) is the one that tells me what you're actually sitting with — the question you've been half-saying and not quite naming. I usually have something specific to offer back within the first few minutes. That's the point of the call — for you to feel, in real time, whether what I see matches what you know is true.
From there, one of three things usually happens:
You can tell this is the right tool for where you are. We talk about what that looks like — the full Read, or the short version, whichever fits.
You can tell this isn't the right thing right now. That's a fine outcome. You'll still walk off the call with something named that you didn't have language for before.
You want to think about it. Also fine. I'm not going to follow up with a sequence.
No pitch mid-call. No hard close. No pressure. That's not how I work and it's not how this instrument works either.
I'll walk you through the structure and we'll schedule the Read. The full diagnostic runs across three days, 1:1, and produces the written record I mentioned above.
The call is still yours. Any observation I surface about your situation is free to keep. I'd rather you walk off the call with one useful thing you didn't have before than hedge what I see because a sale didn't happen.
Five questions first. They take about 3 minutes. Q3 is the one that does the work - so put a little thought into it.
A quick note on timing: I hold a limited number of these each week to keep the instrument clean - I need to read your intake with actual attention before we talk, not skim it five minutes before.
